What is Minter working on at the moment?
I am passionate about bringing about change for the better through business and leadership. The premise of my new (4th) book, You Lead, How Being Yourself Makes You A Better Leader (Kogan Page), is for leaders to be more human and fulfilled, all the while delivering on results. It's largely based on my practical experience, including running Redken worldwide (part of L'Oreal) as well as being a lifelong and dedicated groupie of an epic rock'n'roll band.
Look out for Minters new book You Lead officially released on January 3.
